We can safely assume that it’s some kind of Radianite processing facility. It’s located near Tunisia, which makes sense given the architecture and surrounding desert. We can assume that some kind of cataclysmic non-Euclidian event decimated the city, leaving huge chucks of it suspended in mid-air. Unsurprisingly, the Range and Ascent are both located near Venice, Italy. Bhutan has a large Buddhist population so it makes sense that the map would be a zen garden. Interestingly, Haven is located in Bhutan, a nation in Southeast Asia. This makes sense given the map’s architecture and signage. Split, for example, is located in Tokyo, Japan according to its coordinates. As it turns out, each map location translates to a real world place, most of which really make sense given the map design. The more astute among us may have realized that they are, in fact, coordinates. Here, while Cypher shows his disgust with Kingdom's experiments and reactors, Viper openly admits her involvement with all of it.I assume that most people don’t take notice of the string of numbers on every map’s loading screen. With this voice line, we can be assured that Viper was included and had to do something with the lies and deceits Kingdom has spread to the map in the Valorant lore. Viper with her voice lines in the game for the map Bind seems to also allude to this: "The lies we've told this city. The big deal here though is how he mentions that the evil corporation has spread lies and misinformation to take hold of the map. There's another important Cypher voice line toward Kingdom's influence on Bind: "What has Kingdom done to this town?! However pretty their lies are, they're just stinking my city dry!" He's angry at the cultural damage the corporation has done to the map for personal uses and profits. Here's one of the Cypher voice lines which can be only heard from him on Bind: "Get out of my city!"Ĭypher wants Kingdom to leave his homeland Bind alongside their destructive nature. He seems to hold a grudge against the corporation that's spread its evil roots. And Bind seems to be a collection, storage, and experimentation facility for Radianite by Kingdom.Ī-site of Bind is a Refinery while B-site is a Laboratory for Radianite resources. Now that resource has to be obtained and stored somewhere. In the whole Valorant lore and story, there exists a company - the Kingdom Corporation that uses a resource called Radianite to power up most of the world's energy. The doors at Mid also have destructible panels covering them. This does not affect the number of ultimate orbs on the map Havens two ultimate orbs are present in A Long and C Long (Dragon). Out of other Valorant maps, Bind doesn't have a large mid-section gameplay space, but it does boast A-site and B-site.
